3yo Balraj smashed Major Dan's Newcastle Tk Record by 0.5 sec rating 1.50.9 while winning by 56m yesterday

The problem with this is that in October 2017, Shaun (Anthony) Simiana was disqualified for 16yrs for the use of Peptides on his horses

He is back so I am guessing he must have won his appeal

I just watched it - he spent first half in the death and then put the pedal down to run a 26.4 third quarter

It would seem that he won his on appeal on HRNSW not renewing his licence and interim suspension whilst the appeal on disqualification is yet to be heard.

Nearly 2yrs and his appeal has not been heard - ridiculous
