Out of a trail off genuine tempo he can pull & damned near pace a hole in the wind. I felt for Mr. Feelgood. Watch the replay & note Washakie swelling up and getting ready to roll as they pass the 3/4's. F-A-S-T.

Absolutely. A mate who loves giving it to me about the rigging of races only got himself some more ammunition though with the turnaround from Washakies run last week and the fact stablemates were involved both times. But he is just so amazing when sitting on the pegs. If he had of settled closer in the Gold Coast Inter (and seen clear space earlier) he would have won. Motored home that night and left me thinking he was the next star. That's not to say he can't do it tough; see his Grand Circuit wins in Perth for that!
