What with football codes awaiting state borders to be opened up so that they can resume their competitions, how is it that jockeys are travelling interstate willy nilly?

Reading about John Allen's win on Russian Camelot in the SA Derby, maybe it is not willy nilly. He had to go into isolation for 2 weeks before and will have to do 2 weeks after. Does that mean he only rides this one SA meet for a month? Big gamble on 1 horse
