You've got to hand it to the big fella for still sticking it to the stewards no matter what they hand down to him just to rub their noses in it, he just doesnt give up!

Sorta........ maybe
Owning a horse whilst disqualified for assaulting a racetrack patron pales into insignificance really when you consider there are trainers out there still competing in Sydney who bribed stewards and drugged their horses in hundreds of races. Hes not really hurting any other industry players at the end of the day, unlike many others who are still going about their business.

So how does a horse get nommed and placed into the field when disqualified people are involved..????
That would be an interesting question for the Chairman of Stewards.
Dont forget its the same Chairman that was in charge during 18 months of corruption and race fixing.

I think you should google the bloke Eric I think you will find he has been suspected of being involved in may other serious matters some he was charged for and beat the stewards on appeal the stories will make interesting reading.

Wrong with the facts yet again the current Chairman Of Stewards took over in March this year not 18 months ago and from my understanding the wrong doing was not happening at meetings either he or his predecessor were attending remember it has been said in the press that his predecessor started an investigation before he left.
No more from me on this topic the people involved will not like it and we all know what might happen.

Hangover Joe snuck back into racing last Friday night in the last at Newcastle.
Spotted on course were the usual homeless looking scum associated with those alleged owners of this horse.
It seems Newcastle is the new Penrith if you check out last weeks noms and eventual results.
I was lucky enough to be there to see it all unfold with my own eyes.
It seems the now "Stood Down" Ben Sarina and his pals have converged on Newcastle to earn....$$$$
