Yep, sale was good, weather delayed the run ups a little, if they can get more numbers they should look at doing the run ups on a separate day or the day prior to the sale

It is very important, vitally so in fact, for both the breeders & potential owners that this sale succeeded and that it continues to succeed. Some aspects could no doubt be refined but that is true of all sales. From what I understand it was a good start.

"A CROWD of more than 300 people attended the inaugural two-year-old trialling sale at Tabcorp Park, Menangle, on December 4."

I counted around 100 people. Where's the integrity???
Marshall Dobson did a great job and I can see this really taking off if we get a level playing field in racing.

Greg , read the last four paragraphs of this recent news item and you will realise why Emilio Rosati is now not selling up and why he has spent up big at the sales http://www.smh.com.au/sport/horseracing/harness-industry-cleanout-not-before-time-says-frustrated-owner-20111127-1o1ji.html
