Cannot get Video replay to play from HRV results using iphone

Last night I watched races 1-4 live, then a movie, then races 9-12 live
So when I annoyingly woke up at 4am I thought I will watch the replays of races 5-8 on the phone in bed (not saying the trots put you back to sleep ;)) but when I hit play all I got is the following symbol

I tried again this morning - still same. Check replays are OK on desktop - no problem. Even check if I can get replays from Menangle - no problem. I can watch them on TAB results

Anybody know the reason why HRV replays won't play on iphone?

(I am almost certain I have watched them OK some time in the past)

I have the same problem when I try to access the Melton Replays on my iPad..

Hmmm, thanks Anne (congratulations too on breeding another 3 times Gp1 winner)
I checked last week's results and the replays play fine so this is something new
I will let Cody know

Not having heard anything back, I followed up today and was assured that they are aware of the problem and it is under investigation
