I have not read any explanation for all the Yole and Walters runners all being scratched but I was expecting it
see

All Yole's horses are still in at Launceston tonight (at this stage0

The TAB is saying Abandoned but not according to the above
I am thinking Hilly has to complete the course to collect the $5,184

I am also thinking that we are not going to get to see Hilly go around on his own for if the TAB are calling it abandoned then Sky are not going to show it (we are blessed with TrotsVision in Vic)

And where is the story regarding this ? . It is not on AHR site.
This is on Racenet.
https://www.racenet.com.au/news/tasracing-boss-andrew-jenkins-issues-formal-notices-to-harness-racing-participants-in-wake-of-bombshell-report-20240201
Participants named in Ray Murrihy's bombshell report into the Tasmanian harness racing industry will need to defend why they should be able to attend race meetings after being served with breach notices by Tasracing on Thursday.
The formal notice plans to "warn off" the participants, led by the state's leading harness racing trainer Ben Yole, from all venues controlled by Tasracing while it is understood other jurisdictions plan to follow suit.
But while Tasracing has the power to refuse Yole and the other participants named in the report entry into racing venues, the Office of Racing Integrity in Tasmania has stopped short of standing them down, meaning Yole-trained runners can continue to participate at race meetings.

I don't think Kilmore has anything to do with it Dannie and my OP showed that Walters horses were scratched. I think that everybody knows that Walters has mostly been working for Yole of late.
I am yet to read whether these stables scratched their own horses or it was HRNSW

I don't think the scratchings related to the report released this week was my point Kevin, more a lack of transport options to Wagga today after some recent police checks

Interesting Dannie, I would have understood that if you had given us that detail - I have seen PP going on about a driver being unlicensed

All the Yole horses have come out at Launceston!
We now have 2 one horse races, 2 two horse races and most of the others decimated

I am not sure if this is behind a paywall
Chris Roots has written up the effect all the Yole scratchings has had today in the Sydney Morning Herald
He has not gone into any detail about the Report and the offences that Yole is accused of having committed
It is interesting how despite having the same ownership, the SMH still writes harness racing news while The Age in Melbourne has not done so for what I think is now approaching decades

Great call too, especially the engagement announcement. Not heard that before mid race.
Go Hilly!

Excellent.
And how good was it to see all those horses win in Launceston .

NSW stewards confirmed in interviews reported in media that horses were scratched by Yole/Walters before they needed to make a decision in relation to forcing them to not run.

I have just been perusing the rules in WA and it seems that in the event of a one horse race the horse 1) has to finish in the correct gait (fair enough) and 2) the connections receive half the prize money.
Hopefully Hilly’s connections received 100% of the purse (Rule198).

Maybe they mean half the total prizemoney which was what 1st was in the past

I read in a story that Hilly received 50% of the winning prize money too.

Confirmed this on Harness Web. Despite the connections getting 50% of the winning prize money Hilly has gone up four points for the win in the NR system and if he was in WA he would be awarded 10 points for his winning performance. His HWOE has increased by the whole of the amount he won too.
The four points for 50% seems a little unfair to me but I am not well versed in the NR system.
