Tough break and real shame for the series. I was hoping to get some back after Darryl murdered him behind Mr Feelgood last month in Sydney. I mean really, the track is wider than Sydney heads and you only have to steer past one horse! Still haven't got over it. Love the horse tho'

Yes, am a big fan of him too and sorry to see him on the sidelines now. Trust that he will come bigger and better than ever and be there for ID13 next year.

wont measure up in the big league if they keep on launching him .. not like age racing they wont just hand up

Couldn't agree more.

The respective trainer/driver only knows one way so I think it'll be on the cards.

Will end up a very tired horse, like Roll On Big Red was. (Who was a nice horse, but could have been a lot more)

Racing is completely different from age racing to grand circuit racing. Times can be similar but the way the race is run is so different and it never surprises me seeing these really nice young horses fresh out of age racing into very strong FFA feilds and there tunnel visioned ego driven drivers thinking they are going go get the front handed to them so they can run a 62 half and zip home. Doesnt happen. Grand circuit racing is run at a true tempo which sorts out the good ones from the REALLY good ones and maybe when your fresh into the big boys league it might be an idea to look after the horse and dip the toe in the water instead of going up thinking Jaccka Clive is going to hand the death up. Jaccka Clive would fight Smoken Up for the death and rightly so (massive show for the Hunter Cup Jaccka Clive).
