As SUNDON"S GIFT farewells Australia's Harness tracks A former Kiwi champ is making a comeback.
Giant trotting star STIG is nominated for racing this Friday at Addington.

On a slightly more personal and less formal note, the announcement that super trotter Stig will once again grace the tracks of the ‘Shakey Isles' is my highlight of the week. Greater Canterbury Branch member and trainer of trotters extraordinaire Paul Nairn, has apparently nursed this guy back to racing shape after two or three previous unsuccessful attempts, and the big fellow's return to the track will be a dream come true for both the HRNZ Marketing team and harness racing lovers.
Fingers and toes crossed (again) that he can get back to somewhere near his brilliant best.
