Ian Small has long dreamt of winning an Auckland Cup. The 39-year-old Patumahoe-based harness racing trainer clearly remembers listening to to some of the great Cups of yesteryear. He loved tuning into legendary announcer the late Reg Clapp and hear him home quality horse flesh like Delightful Lady, Armalight, Luxury Liner and Christopher Vance.
