Another champion bows out for well deserved retirement. What a great wee character he was and epitomised everything a champion has, speed, strength and a will to win.
Have a great retirement wee guy.

A long and content retirement for a deserved champ. That run put me in mind of another of your great horses from yesteryear. Back in 1980 a massive crowd turned out at Harold Park for a vintage Miracle Mile and the sentimental local champ just went under to the despised outsider of the field from the Shaky Isles. We didn't know how good he was. A wonderful speech by Robin Butt, no interpreters required. Sit back and enjoy.:)

Hey Bronco that was the first Miracle Mile I ever attended and what a night that was!!! Got the chocolates off Locarno. Great old field and I remember when Paleface took off at dispatch I thought he was going to overtake the mobile. Good times and thanks for posting it..............................if you look real hard at the start of the video I reckon you can see me. :p:p
