RACE 10 – AUSTRALIAN PACING GOLD (2YO COLTS & GELDINGS) (1ST ROUND HEAT) – 1609 METRES

Near the 20 metres THREE POINT ONE was checked and broke when CHRISTIAN SLOY shifted out and away from BETTOR BE RED which was taken out slightly by THREO. As the Stewards could not be comfortably satisfied that J Willick the driver of CHRISTIAN SLOY was fully culpable for the interference he was given the benefit of the doubt. EPIRUS BOY was incontinence as a consequence.

It is an example of the stewards eagle-eyed scrutiny of the race. When Epirus Boy next steps out, expect it to be noted in the gear changes that the horse will be expected to race with incontinent pad insitu.
