Just read on harness .org/stewards wrap that got 6 months for Raglans positive to arsenic in miracle mile.On the same site seems to be a lot of positive swabs being returned and a lot seem to be repeat offenders.In my opinion the 3 strike rule should apply return 3 positives and find another job.

the NSW site says 6 months D/Q, not so sure about the Butt's record with regard to priors, but if you can enlighten us I'd appreciate it.

My bad was 6 months the reason given for penalty are as follows may not be word for word
Seriousnes of offence
Nature of prohibited substance
Mr Butts disciplinary record which shows a previous breach in relation to a prohibited substance
Mr Butts personal circumstances
