The good stakes on offer and the incentive to earn stake money in Southland in order to qualify for the Southern Supremacy, and Southland Oaks saw a number of Canterbury trained 3yo's venture south for today's (Sunday September 9) Harness Racing meeting at Winton, with many of them more than paying for their petrol.
