Neighbours thought Canterbury vet and harness racing owner Bill Bishop & his wife Helen were dead on Saturday night (November 3). Their house was ablaze and the Prebbleton couple weren't answering their cell phones. Worse still both of their cars were parked at home and torched to virtually nothing.
