Harnesslink and the TAB's New Zealand Cup competition winners are South Island-based harness racing and Terror To Love fans - Wayne Stapley and Grant Milne. Stapley, a 52-year-old Christchurch policeman and assistant FIFA football referee, won $100 each way on tomorrow's New Zealand Free-For-All, while Dunedin based Milne won a $50 each way bet on the same race.
