Vanderley showed plenty of ability but some waywardness in his first 2 wins/starts which turned into pure waywardness in his next 2. Tonight he put on one hell of a performance at Geelong for second in only his fifth start - this 3yo colt could have a big future and with his breeding you would hope to keep him a colt
