Hurricane Bromac sets new track record at Wyndham

Sent south for an easier assignment away from cup week, Hurricane Bromac delivered in style, recording an 8.5 length victory and a winning time of 2.55.7 for the 2400m. After crossing easily to lead from his wide barrier, Hurricane Bromac was always travelling for Dexter. Allowed to slide from the 600m, he immediately had all others off the bit and went to the line an empahtic winner, recording closing sectionals of 800 56.1 and 400m 28. This was the Christian Cullen 5yr old's 9th win from just 27 starts for owner Ian Dobson....
