Hi, I thought Barry's disqualification ran out on 11/2/14. Perhaps he is waiting for his appeal to be heard, as it is still listed for hearing without a date set.

This long saga has concluded on 6th July 2016 as per this link:

The main bit is:

"In issuing no penalty against Mr Lew, HRNSW accepted on the balance of probabilities that the norketamine detected in the urine sample was due to an unintentional environmental contamination.

In determining to record no conviction, HRNSW took into account the lack of utility of Mr Lew’s appeal continuing to be contested"

The term "lack of utility" has me a tad confused..
