Another change of trainer for Villagem tonight.
The horse will be starting to worry - he has gone from a trainer who has won 24 (Vic this season) to a trainer who has won 4 to a trainer who has won 0

Strange decision wth Vilagem, Apart from his last start where he locked wheels, Really looked like he's coming good again.

Question: Is Villagem gone?
He would appear to be a shadow of his former self now (showed no zip when Broadway's put it to him yesterday) and of late he has had more masters in charge than the state government of NSW.

Villages has been gone for a while IMO. I wonder why some horses just lose that form they once had.. Who really knows!

Yes he really hit his mark as a juvenile and didn't really improve from those days.

Not the first top juvenile that's hasn't gone on to be a good open class horse. Village jasper has not left a lot that have been open class horses, but a lot of younger horses

He put in some great runs on the grand circuit as a 5yo. Come back as a 6yo and went backwards. So he went on with it a little bit.

I wouldn't write him off just yet, He's been getting kicked around from pillar to post with different trainers and they are a creature of habit. Totally agree Breno and once he settles down with one trainer and has a bit of a rest you just might see a different horse.
