Yeah dave, four times he got out and went down the street to get his fix! Sounds like all those horses in NSW who got out and ate the capsicum in the vege garden.

That shows the problem Nathan our licences should be contract with the ability to " fire" people who break the employers rules and then not allowed to be licences again , instead they use the law to keep going

Me too. IMO when trainers are renewing their licences they should be made to sign an agreement between HRNSW & themselves that if they are found guilty of an positive swab their licence will not be renewed. Full stop. If its meth, or these type of nasties involve the cops & if its dangerous involve the RSPCA. The authorities need to get extra tough if they want harness racing to exist.
This should be Australia wide.
