New Zealand's Racing Integrity Unit has issued charges to licensedtrainer Lance Justice alleging breaches of the Rules of Harness Racing 1004 (1) & (2). The charges relate to the presence of Dimethyl Sulphoxide (DMSO) in the post race urine sample obtained from Smoken Up following its win in the Inter Dominion Pacing Final at Alexander Park on Friday 8 April 2011.
