why has Greg sugars been given special treatment and allow to start his suspension on February 1,allowing him to drive this Saturday?? ever other driver suspended on the night started Theirs on January 23. Its laughable what some trainers/drivers get away with in this sport

Incorrect. Cameron Maggs starts Jan 29. Without knowing I would suggest Vic Cup noms were already in and Vic Derby being a heat/final situation that may have counted as prior engagement? Anyway he will miss a Hunter Cup drive which is more pubishment than the other drivers get.

Nah this is common. Quite often the driver can chose within some guidelines when they can start.

I find the whip rules for some are different to others, does it depend on stewards or is it the stables (more successful ) I watch many races some drivers seem to be allowed more lenience than others.
