It is great to have these streaming options to take up the slack after HRV 'strangely' stopped loading them

I listen to the same podcast and agree with your sentiments Wayne. On the poll for standing down horses along with the trainer; I think there would owners who are completely oblivious to what is going on and as such the penalty would be grossly unfair. Take syndications for example, those that specifically target new entrants to the sport; I'm sure many, if not all, would have no idea if their trainer was doing the wrong thing. However, there are other owners who would be in it up to their eyeballs, if not orchestrating it!

Risking the wrath of the moderators with this link, so, a bit like the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) I'll at least declare I have no commercial interests. https://soundcloud.com/onefortyseven7/onefortysevenseven-11th-of-february-2016

Compared to Len & Co these guys might be the triple j of harness racing.

An interesting segment early in the podcast summarising a poll of whether horses should be stood down from racing for a significant period if tested positive and the trainer has been stood down. Topical, and perhaps worthy of further debate, considering yesterday a horse was stood down for 12 months as a result of a positive to testosterone. http://www.harness.org.au/news-article.cfm?news_id=28909 (http://www.harness.org.au/news-article.cfm?news_id=28909)

No risk from this Mod (yet :)) as there is no reception at Cape Otway and will not try to listen in this Apollo Bay cafe
