It is great to see a progressive club that is prioritizing owners and adding interest by trying things like incentives for trainers and drivers

They deserve a big Easter Sunday

There are quite a few drivers who have a book of drives that could net them the $1000 (possibly $3000) bonus if they drive a treble but I cannot see any trainer winning the $6000/$10,000 treble bonus without a near perfect strike rate
Should be good mild weather for attendees

Jodi Quinlan had already driven her treble and claimed the 1k bonus by the 6th race.
(If partner Craig had not appealed his suspension last week and passed his stable onto her, she would also have notched up the 6k trainers bonus)

They certainly got plenty of coverage thanks to Kyle's great articles.
Great result for Warragul born, Gavin Lang to win the hometown cup.

Great attendance with car park and main rooms nearly full 40 mins before the first.
Good quality racing in front of one of the bigger crowds in recent years. Key personnel in attendance very pleased with what they saw.
Track record in the Cup and new Owners Room really well received.

They deserve all their accolades. The only problem would seem to be that Sunday arvo is not a good betting time slot. I don't think Ararat did anywhere near the same degree of promotion as Warragul and yet thanks to the Saturday night time slot they had much bigger pools eg the Quaddie pool was 140% bigger
