Where do you find which Trainers and Drivers are participating On Appeal?

Is there a list of Trainers and Drivers who are still participating pending an Appeal of their suspensions?
If there is no such thing - would it be possible to create one?

I think we need better than the assumption "they must have appealed" when we see trainers or drivers continue to participate after reading they were suspended

Michael Stanley. The July 16 Melton Stewards report includes
"Stewards accordingly imposed a 4 week suspension of Mr Stanley’s licence to drive in races. This suspension was ordered to commence immediately."

Where do I find an explanation of why he is still driving?

Craig Demmler. The March 22 RAD Board Hearing report contains
"Taking into account Mr Demmler having already served a period of two months suspension in relation to this matter, the HRV RAD Board imposed a further 12 month disqualification to commence midnight 27 March 2016"

And this one from the Tamworth stewards report 7 July (Supplementary report).

"In all the circumstances S WEIDEMANN’s licence to drive in races was suspended for a period of six (6) months to commence as of midnight on 16th July 2016."

She has driven after the 16th. And this one is as blatant team driving as you will see.

Thanks Stephen, you have prompted me to do a bit more investigating and it surprises me that I cannot find S Weidemann on the NSW Appeals list (see below) as NSW has much better info under their Industry & Integrity than Victoria does. Maybe this list is due for an update, thus her absence at this point

One thing that still annoys me is how hard it can be to find things. If one was interested in that June 30 race, how are you supposed to know that it will be tacked onto the July 7 Stewards Report. You would think that you should have been able to find it in NSW 'Follow Up Reports' but it is not there. It is also a bit of a dog's breakfast when Stewards Reports and Follow Up Reports can be found under RACING while Appeals are found under INDUSTRY & INTEGRITY

The VIC site does have Stewards Reports under INTEGRITY but I cannot find anything like NSW's Open Inquiries and Appeals Pending list

WOW HRV Media & Communications Manager not only said he would take it to the stewards for us - he already has something up and running!

I have actioned a weekly PDF as phase one which will document the suspended drivers’ list each week, complete with number of weeks suspended and whether or not driver’s suspension is “subject to appeal"

This can be found by visiting www.hrv.org.au and then moving to the Integrity dropdown menu, where you will find “Suspended Drivers”.

So go to the Vic homepage and check it out
