Police speak to the mother of dead baby girl

The baby found dumped in a red plastic bag in a stream near the property of New Zealand harness racing legend Tony Herlihy may have been there for two days, according to a local man. Meanwhile the baby girl was born last Wednesday yet the body was found on Saturday night. A 21-year-old woman has been interviewed by police today (Monday July 4).
