Disqualified Persons list - where do you find it?

In the latest Stewards Wrap

You will find that Murray Jardine and Malcolm Retallick have received fines (and much bigger suspended fines) for associating with

"a disqualified person whose name appears in the current list of disqualifications published or adopted by a recognised harness racing authority."

Where do you find these lists?

You can see disqualified drivers in Harnessweb, but that only helps if you have an account.

Good stuff Steve. I cannot find anything similar for Vic. You would think a national list would be what's needed. I will have to get Cody onto it - he was fantastic at instantly creating a Suspended drivers list for Vic

the harness racer magazine has list of victorian disqualified persons in the back section . harness racer is sent to all registered trainers bi-monthly....it would be good to have that list on the hrv web site though.

The Vic home page now has a Suspended Drivers list
BUT
NSW is still the only state that has a Disqualifications list (see link post 4)

How can this be?

Hm come to think of it, I believe it's listed in WA's issue of Racing Ahead. (At least for WA trainers and drivers)..

Kyle, that is only the suspended drivers list (that I pushed to have instigated) - it is nothing like the comprehensive list that NSW provides online

It also contains the unpaid forfeits list which restricts you from competing. I have seen the list you are seeking but am unsure if it is available for public viewing

Looking at the NSW list you can see why you might not want it available for public viewing but we have NO list of disqualified trainers at all it would seem
