In my opinion he's been finding winners a bit tougher to come by since a few changes to rules. But, less restrictions in the USA so he'll be right.

The same rules that have stopped the dominance of a few stables. I wonder why? ( I have an idea why but can't say. It's what most people think also)

agree, nice to see competitive racing in NSW, good for turnover, good for punters, and good for owners and trainers. Nothing negative about any of those changes.
