ps I would imagine Valley of Sin would have to prove himself before he would receive any patronage in NZ/AU

Have you "looked up" Valley of Sin ? What does he really NEED to prove ?

Anyway, who/what are the "rules" concerning EXPORT of semen from the USA to NZ or AUS ?

I had looked him up Richard and all I could see was that he had won a Gp3 at the Meadowlands. Why would anybody choose him over a well bred Gp1 winner?
For the import rules regarding importing semen, I suggest you contact the relevant National bodies
