I have to ask what happens in Argentina when you use a mobile start and a horse resfuses to come to the starting gate as soon as it begins moving. Do punters lose their wager, do you have a recall or what? In Canada, they have a fair start rule...

What is the current status of harness racing in South America. Is Argentina the only country which has harness racing? I would be curious to know what's goin on there. You don't see much on YouTube from there.
