Drug testing comes under scrutiny: Smoken Up

Leading Australian harness racing trainer Lance Justice would have had a better night's sleep following an intense first day (Tuesday August 23) of the Smoken Up hearing in Wellington which cast major doubts over the testing and analysis procedures following his victory in the Pacers Inter-Dominion Final held at Alexandra Park in Auckland on April 8.

It's not the first time they have made fools of themselves. Over the past few months I can recall 2 other similar incidents where the testing and procedure has been nothing short of childlike.
