HRA Annual Online Records could do with a tweek

and you will see that they have a State by State breakdown
BUT this needs tweeking

Take Vic for example, we don't have many tracks that run mile races
so you will see Honolua Bay's 1.51.9 touted as our fastest (Geelong)
So what they need to do is do the breakdown for Mile+ races

In which case you would have Lochinvar Art's 1.48.6 as Vic's fastest (1700m)

Sure you can find this in the Australian section under 'Distances greater than one mile' but when you click on Vic or any state in the State box - you should see that states fastest time/horse
