Breath testing

Just read stewards report from Albury that they breath tested all drivers and they were all clear.Wouldn t have happened in good old days .Know of one driver who used to be helped into cart after a few drinks to ease the nerves.
I guess you older guys would know of a few ,the person i am talking about who i wont name as he is no longer with us had a champion horse

Barney, I think it should happen more often.
Alcohol isnt a problem these days but drugs probably would be.
