2yo Fillies Racing Opportunities in NSW (cont.)

The count continues and it is grim to say the least.
Since the last week of February right through until June 24th, exclusive of the various Sales Races, Age Classics and Furturities...there were/are a total of 147 2yo races programed here in NSW, a paltry 22 of which having been set down for 2yo Fillies Only.
To add insult to that verging on mortal injury, 6 of those 22 are 2R0's for total prizemoney of $3,000.
This leaves the long struggling owners of 2yo fillies a far less than impressive 16 Fillies Only only events that carry the bread and butter prizemoney of $4,500-$5,000-$5,500.
