What is everyones thoughts on the handicapping system regarding Cheap Tuesday meetings? I am a fan of holding them provided the 'right' horses turn up. What I find hard is the fact that a horse gets a full penalty for winning them? I know club's programme races whereby horses who have won a tuesday can get in under a winning stakes limit. But I am sure there could be a seperate or alternate handicapping system for them??
