Reactor V Monkey
Monkey 2nd run back, 1 run under his belt with a 800m sprint and not much else in that race, beaten by De Lovely in a sitsprint. draws better than Reactor, has an edge therefore.
Reactors first run in a long time back in NZ, had 2 great workouts running home exceptionally fast looks very promising to get the old AR back, drawn a little wider than Monkey probably restrained at start will give Monkey a little head start...
Obviously this race is still a precursor for Auckland Cup and Inter but will be exciting.
Would be awesome to see him run over the Monkey in good time, Go Reactor!

Monkey King wont win. Like the trainer has said they dont want to peak him too early.

Agree Buster. It's just more of the same from when he was last in NZ. They wave him through to the top like so many Fijian Traffic Cops on Point Duty in Suva, then they leave him alone to do what he likes. The only things the other drivers are lacking are those snazzy elbow length white gloves, nice, shiney chromed whistles & knee length navy blue skirts. The first time he gets looked in the eye by real Gorillas like Blacks A Fake or Smoken Up he'll go MIA.

And no Buster the only horse a NZ driver will take on and make it work is an Aussie one (look what happened when Butcher took him on last time it was nearly as bad as the underarm incident)
