NSW Breeding Incentive

Had to laugh today to see that the federal goverment want to increase the cost of implementing, biosecurity measures for the importation of horses.

Considering the ridiculous tax that HRA charges on the importation of horses to Australia, is it any wonder the government want their share?

On this issue how has the $500 breeding bonus gone in NSW. I understand that the foals have not been born yet but surely there are some statistics on the number of services that were taken up this season.

I guess from the lack of publicity the results have been mixed.
