Newcastle Trials

Last couple of Wednesday nights, the driver name Tess Wilkes stands out. Of course formerly Tess Gleeson. I've not noticed it previous to this. A long time must be 20 years.

Rather ironic or someone has a sense of humour seeing as one of her drives was named Happyendings.

Might she be going to do race driving again. Whatever you think of the Gleeson name, she could certainly boot home a winner. Plus she still trains gallopers.

Might we see Chris again???? Alison Smith in Victoria could do with him seeing the way she drives some of hers.

She had some very nice horses in years gone by.
Good trainer, driver not so.
Sunshine Band was her grand circuit horse. 2nd in Perth ID final. Grand Circuit champion one year. Chris Gleeson drove him in his big wins.
Nimbo Boy. These 2 won Terang Cups in successive years.
Surfing Safari. Vic Sires Stakes winner.
Henry Halo in more recent times.

And hear I thought we were trying to clean up our sport!
