It was the hardest decision Scott Phelan has ever had to make but as of October this year his 14-year association with New Zealand harness racing legend Barry Purdon will come to an end. The 29-year-old has accepted a job with Purdon's younger brother Mark where he will be foreman at his Australian stable - located 20 minutes out of Melton in Victoria.
