New Zealand Police have arrested the mother of a newborn baby girl found dead in a plastic bag in a South Auckland stream adjacent to the property of New Zealand harness racing driver and trainer, Tony Herlihy's. Herlihy's Ardmore staff quarters were cordoned off when the baby was discovered on Saturday July 2.
