Not wrong Trevor, He's a cracker!!
Imagine if their legs grew at the same rate as the rest of them - horse racing would resemble giraffe racing!
Rich's A Rocknroll Dance filly.
Thanks Kev, My mare but a friend bred this filly, She's 2 days old in this photo.
wot does mum get to eat? obviously not the good natural green stuff.lol
She has a massive appetite Tony, I don't know the place where she's at but if you have a close look through the fence, It's pretty green, I'll be seeing Mum and the foal in 2 weeks and hopefully get a couple better pictures, A good size mare for a Bettor's at 15.3 hands.

First foal for the season, beautiful carribbean blaster colt out of maid for life born this morning.
Hi Lisa, You have to be happy with him, Congrats!!
Yes, extremely happy was hoping for a colt, and he's a nice type.
No shortage of water where you are Lisa
yes the dams are all full at the moment, all Man made to irrigate our potatoes throughout the season.
An update of Richard's Bettors (see post 3)
That is one powerful lookin "little" fella!
We must have been hit with the "filly stick" we've had 5 mares drop so far for 5 lovely young ladies.1 to go! Colt please!!!!!!!
Cheers Ross and thanks for the update Kev, My mate up in QLD is in the same boat Ross, 3 to drop for 3 fillies and 1 to go and apparently 17 fillies from 21 mares at Monarch Farm.
Ours are part of the 17 at Monarch farm Richard although it's probably 18 fillies now as The Archduchess yesterday morning dropped a lovely Bettors filly.
Congrats Ross, Terrific getting a Bettor's filly out of the mare, It's a recipe for a very good horse with Bettor's starting to leave some real nice ones out of CC mares.
I wouldn't complain if we had got another filly, cost 1800 for three handling fees and agistment for a twelve month wait and no foal this year ! Needless to say will probably be our last time.
Your not alone in that Warren this is my 4th season trying to get a Shadyshark Hanover just about to say bugger the foals even changed mares last season and still to no avail
Not complaining Warren,I love every one of them and I know what it's like to be in your situation as we've had this happen a few times and it sucks mate.i hope you can stick with it because the story of the archduchess came from a mare that we struggled to get in foal, her name was la speranza we were only breeding from 3 mares back then,la speranza died and we still had a CC service that we wanted to use but the only mare we had that was empty was Sheez not perfect who was no good, and as you can see if you look up her foals before duchess we went to VERY moderate priced stallions.cut a long story short we said "bugger it" let's use the Cullen service, keep the foal and give the mare away.Foal was duchess! And she came at a time we really were getting out.i suppose you never know where and when your luck will change. I wish you the best mate!
Ross(Big Max) How are those foals coming along mate??? Would love to see some photo's.
Hi Richard, I'm having trouble attach photos using my iPhone. I'm overseas at the moment and I don't have my computer with me. I'm hopeless with this stuff,I'll keep trying because I have some nice photos.
