In the APG 2yoF Semi, Jilliby Jitterbug seemed a mouthful for Dan Mielicki but he spotted her sneaking through nice and early despite all the action out wide

First starter Spiritwriter could hardly have been more impressive winning at Hamilton this afternoon.
He has an excellent dam line being out of the well performed Striking Spirit who was out of the even better performed Exotic Strike who won an Australian Gold. They have proved a little difficult to get in foal but I don't think the Stanleys will be complaining.
Rock Of America got up by a HFHD in the 2yo at Warragul today
The track was rain affected but have a look at how he flies over the last few bounds and the one he grabbed was not stopping

Exciting stuff Kev when you see a horse finish like that and just to prove his 1st start wasn't a fluke, He finished off the same today, A very promising young horse IMHO .

A couple of 2yo's notched up their first victory on the last day of the season at YV today and more importantly their Vicbred bonus (along with a couple of 3yo's)
I am not 100% certain about the bonuses - I would have thought that they would show up in the horses prizemoney but maybe even though their stats credit today's prizemoney, the bonus shows up later?
