Chris Alford had 4 drives at Bendigo tonight for 3 winners (for 3 different trainers). He is fast closing on 250 winners for the season - maybe he can get close to 300
Good to see our old friend Nathan Cahir take out the 4th at Hamilton today. Family owned makes it doubly nice

Topped off a day of missed ops for me today - my future son-in-law's horse wins the last at Caulfield and I do not have a zac on it Even though I have spent the whole day with him, helping him move house!
Congratulation to young Gippsland horsewoman Kylee Paull who collected her first race win tonight in the Monte at Geelong.
Fellow Gippsland Harness Training Centre graduate Rick Cashman also claimed a win on the card with Danman.
Well done to the drivers who avoided running over Kate Gath in Race 6 at Ballarat after she was tipped out when in the death
Trust Kate is OK
Congratulations to James Herbertson for a very cool drive in R1 at Bendigo tonight.
It may have looked the obvious root on TV but for a concession driver to seize the opportunity in the heat of battle is another thing

Did anyone see a story anywhere about Kerryn setting a new female drivers record (other than Trish mentioning it in the Odds and Ends thread)
Quite mediocre that Kerryn's achievement was missed. I did a Google news search and found zilch.
The sport gets a bloody nose in the media regularly, and this was a good positive story that went through to the keeper.
I may be unfair here, will let you know when I find out, but it has been suggested to me that every time Kerryn drives a winner she is breaking her own record LOL
IT"S SUCH A GREAT PHOTO.............HERE IT IS AGAIN.

HRV are trying to find out what record was broken. I can find no mention of it anywhere other than the hargreavesgt tweet
I just love the photo. It makes me happy to see Kerryn so happy.
Absolute champion Trish, and not a bad driver either!
A good news story from Bendigo tonight
