Outed 16yrs for Peptides but 2yrs later his 3yo smashes Tk Rec then goes 1.49.1 Mngl

3yo Balraj smashed Major Dan's Newcastle Tk Record by 0.5 sec rating 1.50.9 while winning by 56m yesterday

The problem with this is that in October 2017, Shaun (Anthony) Simiana was disqualified for 16yrs for the use of Peptides on his horses

He is back so I am guessing he must have won his appeal

I just watched it - he spent first half in the death and then put the pedal down to run a 26.4 third quarter

The list of Disqualified Persons shows that S A (Anthony) Simiana's 8 disqualifications are noted with "STAY GRANTED".

It would seem that he won his on appeal on HRNSW not renewing his licence and interim suspension whilst the appeal on disqualification is yet to be heard.

Nearly 2yrs and his appeal has not been heard - ridiculous

Adam Hamilton does not seem to have a problem with the win

Gee think your being a bit harsh on Adam, for mine there is certainly a question mark in and inferred in that tweet.

Maybe Dot, as you know I am not a tweeter or booker and was sent it.
I did think he may have been doing a Kev (often reporting something that I have doubts about but throwing it out there in what I like to think is a tactful way)
I would have liked him to have added "How" and not just "Did"

The horse would appear to be owned by the same NZ connections - I wonder why they chose Simiana to campaign it in Oz

He is of course by Art Major and the dam is a full sister to Indrah who has a 2nd and a 4th in Gp1's as a 4yo in her short career of 36 starts
