Jason Grimson horses to be trained under the supervision of HRNSW Stewards

This will be for a period of 2 weeks beginning yesterday at the Menangle retention facility

You would think that they should be providing the public with a reason for doing this

The stewards spent a couple of days and nights at the Grimson / Jack Trainor stables a couple of weeks ago observing the goings on. If anything untoward has been going on then the stewards have probably now blown their opportunity to expose it. Grimson has only one horse accepted for Menangle and, if he is half smart, won't nominate any horses over the coming fortnight.

He might only have the one in at Menangle today but he has one in at Penrith on Thursday and four in at Menangle on Saturday
(To be accurate he only had 1 in at Menangle last Tuesday and he only had 3 in at Menangle last Saturday and 6 the week before)

I didn't give this horse much chance against the two placed horses. 1:50.4 is some performance, I wonder what the stewards do now?

And check who bred and part owns the horse!

1.50.5 and he has gone that fast a couple of times before Trev.

Does anybody know what his claiming price was at his previous start. He could depose Bernie as the King of Mildura

4 in at Menangle tonight and the best possible was 3 wins and a second as he had 2 in the same race
Well he got 2 wins and 2 seconds

I can see him coming out and saying he was pleased (asked :eek:) to train from the retention barn to prove his training chops

He got 2 wins from the 3 races he contested at Menangle tonight and that was after 1/1 on Tuesday
He won't want to leave the retention facility!
