SA Driving offence penalties

What does everyone think of the South Australian penalties ,personaly i hope we get the same and they get used ! We got knocked down last week ,came last after galloping at the start of the home turn at Penrith and offending driver got reprimanded , i think thats about 4 times one of our horses checked and every time except 1 was a reprimand
