    Para los caballos de 2 años la carrera más importante es el Gran Premio Nacional se corre en el mes de Diciembre y este año se realiza en el hipódromo de Lincoln, mi ciudad de origen.
    Para los Caballos adultos hay varias carreras importantes: GRAN PREMIO NACIONAL DE CABALLOS ADULTOS, GRAN PREMIO SUDAMERICANO DE LA MILLA (Domingo 21 de Agosto) Arteaga Mile en Setiembre y GRAN PREMIO DE LA MILLA EN VILLA MARIA, pero no hay una Triple Corona o algo por el estilo. Este 2011 los grandes eventos son, aparte de los nombrados, el Nacional Prix para Yeguas (Setiembre en Navarro) y el Clasico de las Estrellas que se disputo en el hipodromo de La Varillas en Córdoba (Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeBAyic4pAc) donde resulto ganador GORA ARTS MAURITIUS, el mejor caballo adulto en el pais.
