People, we have to think of people that are IDEAS people - not just one idea but people who continually have ideas. Probably left field ideas too. People that will not become attached to ideas but rather evaluate whether they are plausible. People that will listen to others. Probably people that are good communicators. Maybe people that have knowledge of the harness racing industry (or just the racing industry may do) and have excelled in another field AND can spare the time to help SAVE OUR CODE

We don't need the same old representatives - we need new people. They cannot be like draft hopefuls - they have to be people who can stand on a proven record as we are at a critical point and must step up this time.
