Back in 1980 a massive crowd turned out at Harold Park for a vintage Miracle Mile and the sentimental local champ just went under to the despised outsider of the field from the Shaky Isles. Hey Bronco that was the first Miracle Mile I ever attended and what a night that was!!! Got the chocolates off Locarno. Great old field and I remember when Paleface took off at dispatch I thought he was going to overtake the mobile. Good times and thanks for posting it..............................if you look real hard at the start of the video I reckon you can see me.
